Privacy and safety

What is allowed, capped or forbidden, and why.

Giving software the power to call people needs limits. They are enforced in code, not left to the prompt.

Who can be called

  • Contacts with the callable permission.
  • Numbers your account has verified, for calls created through the API.
  • Nothing else: a number that is neither a callable contact nor verified by your account is refused.

Cold calling (unsolicited commercial calls) is forbidden: see the acceptable use policy.

Caps and budget

An hourly cap and a daily cap limit the outbound calls of an account, and a minute budget bounds the spend. When the budget is exhausted the API answers 402 quota_exceeded. Plans include minutes; extra minutes cost 0.20 EUR.

AI disclosure and recording

  • The assistant tells third parties it is an AI. On the cloud it cannot be switched off for third parties (EU AI Act, article 50).
  • Recording is a setting of the assistant. When it is on, the other person is informed at the start of the call. You are responsible for having a legal basis to record where you call from. See AI and recording.

Calls are data, not instructions

What is said on a call, and the content of websites or messages the assistant reads, is treated as data. The component that reasons never obeys it, and third parties never get tools.

Your data

  • Stored: your account, assistant settings, contacts with their notes and commitments, calls with transcripts and summaries, and recordings when you turn them on.
  • Notes the assistant writes about a contact start as proposed. You confirm, edit or delete them.
  • Secrets at rest (connector keys) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. API keys are stored hashed. Prompts, transcripts, keys and audio are never written to logs.
  • Transcripts are kept 90 days by default, then deleted; summaries stay with the contact. You can delete a contact and its history at any time.
  • Processors: OpenAI (voice), Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payments), Resend (e-mail), Anthropic via TeamCode (reasoning). Details and your rights are in the privacy policy.
  • No advertising tracker and no third-party analytics on this site.

Reporting a vulnerability

Write to [email protected] with the details. Please give us time to fix before disclosing, and do not test on other people's accounts or numbers.
