Acceptable use

Last updated: 2026-11-05

Allomi is built to call people you have a good reason to call. This policy is part of the terms.

No cold calling

You must not use Allomi for cold calling: unsolicited commercial or prospecting calls, mass call campaigns, or number lists bought or collected without the people's consent. The Service is not a dialler. The hourly and daily caps and the "allowed contacts or verified numbers" rule exist for this reason, and you must not work around them.

Forbidden

  • Harassing, threatening, deceiving or intimidating a person, or calling back someone who asked you to stop.
  • Posing as a human, an authority, a bank or another person; spoofing an identity or a number.
  • Fraud, phishing, scams, or asking for sensitive data under a false pretext.
  • Calling emergency services, or causing repeated calls to the same number.
  • Bypassing the AI disclosure, informed recording or the technical limits of the Service.
  • Illegal or hateful content, or content that harms minors.
  • Reselling access to the Service without written agreement, or overloading it.

Local rules

You comply with the laws that apply to your calls, including do-not-call registers (Bloctel in France) and recording rules.

Enforcement

In case of breach, the Publisher may limit calls, suspend or close the account, without refund of the current period in case of serious misconduct, and notify the authorities where the law requires.

If you received a call from Allomi that you consider abusive, write to [email protected] with the number called and the time.
