Terms of use and sale
Last updated: 2026-11-05
These terms govern the use of the Allomi service (the "Service") provided by Guimauve Digital SAS (the "Publisher") and the sale of subscriptions. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The Service
Allomi is an AI-driven phone assistant: it calls you, calls your contacts or numbers you verified for your account, and reports back. The Service is available through the web app, an API, an SDK, a CLI and an MCP server. The code is open source (MIT); these terms apply to the Service hosted by the Publisher, not to your own self-hosted installation.
2. Account
You must be 18 or older, give accurate information and verify your mobile number. You are responsible for what is done with your account and API keys; keep them secret and revoke any exposed key.
3. Plans and prices (terms of sale)
Prices are in euros excluding VAT; applicable VAT is added at payment.
- Solo: 19 EUR per month, 60 minutes included.
- Pro: 49 EUR per month, 200 minutes included.
- Team: 39 EUR per seat per month, 150 minutes per seat, pooled.
- Extra minute: 0.20 EUR.
Payment is handled by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled, which you can do at any time from the billing page; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. Included minutes do not roll over.
4. 7-day trial
Every new account gets a 7-day trial with a card on file. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the chosen plan starts and the card is charged. One trial per phone number and per card.
5. Right of withdrawal
For a consumer, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days from subscription. By asking for immediate performance of the Service (the trial starts right away), you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is exercised pro rata to what you have already used, in accordance with article L221-25 of the French consumer code. Write to [email protected] to exercise it.
6. Acceptable use
You comply with the acceptable use policy and the rules on AI disclosure and recording. The Publisher may suspend an account that breaches them, after a warning except in urgent cases.
7. Availability and liability
The Publisher works to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third-party providers (telephony, AI models) and the assistant can make mistakes, misunderstand, or not be answered: review the reports before acting on important decisions. Except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and to the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Personal data
The privacy policy is part of these terms.
9. Changes
The Publisher may change these terms; important changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and you may then cancel at no cost.
10. Governing law
French law applies. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge (contact: [email protected]) and, failing agreement, bring the matter before the competent courts.
